A study in framed architecture, where spatial clarity emerges through light, proportion, and structural reduction.

The brief

White Frame Villa is a private residential project of 270 m², conceived as a composition of framed volumes defining space through proportion, light, and structure.

Linear white planes and deep horizontal frames organize the architecture, controlling solar exposure while extending interior spaces toward the landscape. Large openings dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior, creating continuous spatial and visual depth.

Structure, envelope, and shading operate as a unified system, where architectural elements are reduced to their essential role in shaping light, frame, and proportion.

Each level tells its story, blending Victorian charm with modern comforts to reflect the family’s unique style and spirit: a truly magical home—and a joy to bring to life.

Scope of Work
Architectural concept development, spatial planning, and façade design for a 270 m² private villa. The scope includes volumetric composition, framing strategy, daylight control analysis, and integration of structure and shading systems into a unified architectural language.
A restrained palette of white surfaces, structural frames, and neutral textures defines the architectural identity of the villa. The interplay between solid planes and open frames creates a controlled spatial rhythm, where light becomes the primary design material. The result is a minimal, precise, and light-driven residential environment.
